Penn Power Solar PV REC Procurement Info Session

The Brattle Group is hosting an online information session on Friday January 28 at 1:00 PM for potential bidders in the Penn Power Solar Photovoltaic Alternaive Energy Credit ("SPAEC") RFP. 

Penn Power will be procuring a 9-year "strip" supply of SPAECs, with an annual procurement target of 2200 SPAECs. The procurement target will be for 22 tranches total, divided into tranches of 100 SPAECs per reporting year, where the first reporting year begins on June 1, 2011 and ends on May 31, 2012. Bidders may bid to supply any number of tranches for the entire 9-year period, subject to a maximum of 15 tranches.
