 er Solar Photovoltaic Alternaive Energy Credit (\"SPAEC\") RFP. \n \
 nPenn Power will be procuring a 9-year \"strip\" supply of SPAECs, wit
 h an annual procurement target of 2200 SPAECs. The procurement target 
 will be for 22 tranches total, divided into tranches of 100 SPAECs per
  reporting year, where the first reporting year begins on June 1, 2011
  and ends on May 31, 2012. Bidders may bid to supply any number of tra
