Please consider a quick calls to Senator's Brown and Voinovich, which are needed this week or by early next week to help the energy bill pass.

Senate Majority Leader Reid said today that he's going to wait until after recess (which means nothing will happen before elections), and is leaving out the renewable energy standard.

   - For both: Ask for the assistant above, or leave a message with anyone. Messages after hours work, too.

 

Easy brief message:  "Please push Senator Reid to pass a comprehensive climate and energy bill before Congress recesses, including a renewable energy standard of 25% and a price on carbon."

 

Tell them your name, town/state (you're a constituent), and if appropriate for the topic, your credentials.
