My husband and I have a 1.8 kwh solar array that provides about 40% of our electricity on an annual basis. We also have sold our SRECs. We designed and built a passive solar strawbale home that we've lived in since 2002. We have a 5000 gallon cistern for rainwater that provides water for all household uses as well as many other energy-saving features.
